Quick Park provides a platform that connects users seeking parking spaces with hosts offering parking spaces. We are not a parking operator and do not own or control any parking spaces listed on our platform.

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

User Eligibility

For Users (Drivers)

• Must be 18+ years old
• Valid driver's license required
• One active account per person

For Hosts (Space Owners)

• Legal ownership or authorization
• Valid identification required
• Accurate space information

User Responsibilities

Account Management

• Accurate Information: Provide complete and accurate registration details
• Account Security: Keep login credentials secure and confidential
• Regular Updates: Maintain current contact information
• Single Account: One account per individual user

Parking Conduct

• Legal Compliance: Follow all local parking laws and regulations
• Space Respect: Honor host rules and space limitations
• Vehicle Safety: Park only eligible vehicles as specified
• Time Limits: Adhere to booking duration and checkout times

Host Responsibilities

Space Verification & Maintenance

• Legal Ownership: Provide proof of legal right to offer parking space
• Accurate Details: Include complete address, photos, and availability
• Safety Standards: Ensure space is safe, accessible, and well-maintained
• Clear Rules: Specify any restrictions or special requirements
• Regular Updates: Notify of any changes in availability or conditions

Booking Process & Rules

• Search & Selection: Valid location, dates, vehicle type - Space availability check
• Payment: Secure payment through approved gateway - Payment success confirmation
• Booking Lock: Host approval within time limit - Booking confirmation sent

Cancellations due to fraud, illegal activity, or policy violations result in immediate booking cancellation without refund

All transactions on Quick Park are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers.

Payment Responsibilities

• User Payments: Full booking amount due at time of reservation
• Tax Compliance: Users responsible for applicable taxes and fees
• Host Payouts: Payments released after successful booking completion
• Currency: All transactions in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Refunds: Subject to our refund policy for eligible cancellations

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or termination:

Fraud & Misrepresentation

• Fake or misleading listings
• Fraudulent booking attempts
• False identity information
• Misrepresentation of space details

Platform Abuse

• System manipulation or hacking
• Spam or unauthorized communications
• Harassment of other users
• Violation of community guidelines

Liability & Disclaimer

Platform Nature

Quick Park acts solely as a technology platform connecting users and hosts. We do not own, operate, or control any parking spaces, and we are not a party to any agreements between users and hosts.

Our Limitations

• Theft, damage, or loss of vehicles at parking locations
• Injuries or accidents occurring at parking spaces
• Disputes between users and hosts (we provide mediation only)
• Illegal or unauthorized parking spaces
• Changes in local parking regulations
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, etc.)

Account Termination & Suspension

Termination Grounds

• Fraudulent or illegal activities
• Harassment or abusive behavior
• Violation of these Terms
• Misrepresentation of information
• Multiple account violations
• Non-compliance with local laws
• Platform abuse or manipulation
• Failure to maintain account accuracy

Consequences

Account termination may result in loss of access to bookings, credits, and accumulated benefits. Repeat violations may lead to permanent platform bans.

Intellectual Property Rights

Our Rights

• Application & Features: All app functionality, design, and code
• Branding: Quick Park name, logo, and trademarks
• Content: Text, images, and materials on our platform
• Technology: Proprietary algorithms and systems

Your Rights

• Personal Content: Photos and information you upload
• Fair Use: Personal, non-commercial use of the platform
• User Feedback: Suggestions you provide may be implemented

Dispute Resolution

Initial Resolution

Contact our support team within 48 hours of any incident. Provide detailed information including booking ID, parties involved, and supporting evidence.

Mediation Process

Our team will review the dispute and facilitate communication between parties. We may suggest compromises or provide guidance based on our Terms.

Escalation

If resolution cannot be reached through mediation, disputes may be escalated to relevant authorities or legal proceedings under governing law.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Applicable Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Updates & Modifications

Notification Process

• In-App Notifications: Updates displayed within the application
• Email Alerts: Important changes sent to registered email addresses
• Website Updates: Latest version always available on our website

Acceptance

Continued use of Quick Park after Terms updates constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you disagree with changes, you may terminate your account.
