Eligibility for Refunds

User Cancellations

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made 24+ hours before booking start time
  • 50% Refund: Cancellations made 12-24 hours before booking start time
  • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 12 hours before booking start time
  • No Refund: No-shows or late cancellations

Host Cancellations

  • Full Refund: Space becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances
  • Full Refund: Host cancels booking with valid reason
  • Partial Refund: Host cancels within 2 hours of booking start time

Technical Issues

  • Full Refund: Booking fails due to platform technical issues
  • Full Refund: Payment processing failures
  • Full Refund: App crashes or system errors preventing access

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:

  • Fraudulent bookings or suspicious activities
  • Violations of our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
  • Early departures (parking time not fully utilized)
  • Vehicle damage or accidents at parking location
  • Loss of vehicle or personal belongings
  • Changes in local parking regulations or restrictions
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, etc.)
  • Disputes between users and hosts not resolved through our mediation

Refund Processing

Processing Time

  • Refund requests are processed within 3-5 business days
  • Approved refunds appear in original payment method within 7-10 business days
  • Processing times may vary depending on payment provider and bank

Refund Methods

  • Original Payment Method: Refunds returned to the payment source used
  • Wallet Credits: Available for future bookings (when applicable)
  • Bank Transfer: For certain payment methods requiring direct transfer

Currency & Fees

  • Refunds processed in original booking currency (INR)
  • No processing fees charged for approved refunds
  • Exchange rate fluctuations may affect refund amounts

How to Request a Refund

Through the App

  • Go to "My Bookings" section
  • Select the booking requiring refund
  • Choose "Request Refund" and provide reason
  • Submit supporting evidence if applicable

  • Response within 24-48 hours

Special Circumstances

Medical Emergencies

In cases of medical emergencies, users may be eligible for full refunds regardless of cancellation timing. Medical documentation must be provided.

Weather-Related Issues

Severe weather conditions affecting parking access may qualify for partial or full refunds at our discretion.

Government Restrictions

Lockdowns, curfews, or government-imposed restrictions may qualify bookings for full refunds.
